Salary: For Quality Analyst- Upto 6 LPA For Process Trainer- Upto 6.5 LPA

Job Summary

Hiring Process Trainers & Quality Analysts for an International E-Commerce Seller Support process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct current-hire training, nesting, assessments, and refresher sessions.

Train agents on E-Commerce processes, Seller Central, policies, and customer handling.

Monitor interactions, conduct quality audits, and provide feedback.

Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with Operations/QA.

- Conduct calibrations and maintain training/quality reports.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

3+ years of International BPO experience.

Relevant experience in Training or Quality, preferably E-Commerce/Seller Support.

Excellent English communication and analytical skills.

- Comfortable working rotational/night shifts.
