Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products for defects, deviations from specifications, and overall quality.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, reports, logs, and any non-conformities or corrective actions.
- Verify that production processes and products adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Ensure the proper functioning and calibration of measurement equipment and instruments used in quality control.
- Identify the root causes of product defects and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
- Train and guide production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Submit quality reports to supervisors and managers, summarizing findings and proposing improvements.
