Purchase & Sales Coordinator – Engineering Plastics Raw Materail PIP Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is a Chennai-based importer and distributor of Engineering Plastic Raw Materials, sourcing products from reputed international suppliers and serving customers across India. Our product portfolio includes PBT, POM, Nylon, PC, ABS, PC+ABS, TPU and other related polymer raw materials.

We are looking for a Purchase & Sales Coordinator to coordinate overseas purchases, customer orders, stock availability and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with overseas suppliers for purchase orders, order confirmations and shipment schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely shipment and delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, quantities and delivery requirements.
- Monitor customer requirements and plan material availability accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Monitor pending purchase orders, sales orders, shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, sales orders, stock and delivery schedules.
- Follow up regularly with suppliers, customers and logistics teams until completion of each order.

Requirements




- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase Coordination, Sales Coordination, Order Processing or a similar role.
- Experience in Engineering Plastics / Polymer Raw Materials will be an advantage.
- Experience dealing with overseas suppliers will be an advantage.
- Positive English communication and professional email drafting skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and order-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and meet delivery schedules.
