VATSGROUP INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to join our Procurement team.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH RELEVANT PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.❌ Profiles from other industries will not be considered.

If you have 5–8 years of hands-on procurement experience in the PEB, Steel Fabrication, Construction, or EPC industry, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with us.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end procurement of PEB materials, including structural steel, steel coils, roofing sheets, fasteners, insulation, and accessories.

✅ Develop and manage vendors while negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

✅ Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with Design, Production, and Project teams for effective material planning.

✅ Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely material availability, and ensure uninterrupted production.

✅ Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and lead time while driving cost optimization.





✅ Coordinate logistics, resolve supply chain challenges, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Mandatory: 5–8 years of procurement experience in the PEB Industry.

✔ Experience in Steel Fabrication, Construction, or EPC will also be considered only if it includes significant PEB procurement exposure.

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil), Commerce, or Supply Chain.

✔ Robust knowledge of structural steel, fabrication materials, and market pricing.

✔ Expertise in Vendor Development, Commercial Negotiation, Cost Optimization, Inventory Planning, ERP/SAP, and Advanced MS Excel.

✔ Excellent coordination and communication skills.
