Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to secure the best terms (price, quality, delivery).

- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues or delays.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends and new suppliers.

- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

- Verify invoices and coordinate with the finance team for payments.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,



Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.

- Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience.

- Industry Preferred : Food ingredients , Herbs and Spices or Nutraceuticals

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
