We are looking for a Psychology Research Associate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology to support the research, content development, and scientific integration of psychology-based features within our mobile application.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of psychological concepts, research methodology, and the ability to translate psychological knowledge into practical, user-friendly application content.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on psychological concepts, behavioral science, and relevant evidence-based practices.

Support the development and review of psychology-related content for our mobile application.

Assist in integrating psychological assessments, questionnaires, activities, and research-based features into the app.

Review and validate content for scientific accuracy, relevance, clarity, and ethical appropriateness.

Conduct literature reviews and summarize relevant research findings.

Help develop or adapt psychology-based questionnaires, scales, and assessment tools where appropriate.

Collaborate with the technology, product, medical/scientific, and content teams to ensure effective integration of research into the app.





Assist in testing and evaluating psychology-related app features and provide research-based recommendations.

Maintain proper documentation and references for research materials.

Stay updated with current developments and research in psychology and behavioral science.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology

Strong understanding of basic psychological theories, research methods, and behavioral concepts.

Good research, analytical, and written communication skills.

Ability to understand and interpret academic research papers.

Attention to detail and commitment to scientific accuracy.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Experience in research, academic projects, psychological assessments, or digital health/app projects will be an advantage.
