Education Essential & Preferred: Graduate with any discipline | MBA Preferred.

Good working knowledge of Excel.

Good at verbal and written communication.

- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the building materials industry with a reputation as a go getting achiever and highly self-motivated.
- Successful track record in relationship building and networking within the construction industry and building material dealers and also with architects, interior decorators, builders, dealers and construction sites etc.
- Present and sell company products to current and new customers through sales visits to specifiers, builders, government departments, trade market, and project sites all around.
- Collection of payment as approved per payment terms.
- Identification of Current Dealers to improve market reach & distribution
- Participation in Exhibition
- Monitoring Competitors activities
- Identification of AC & Civil applicators / Contractors. Interior decorators etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
- Must be Resident.
- Own motor-cycle with driving license is essential.
