Company Description The dR India has been active in the coating industry as an applicator since 1993. The organization serves more than 35 clients and operates with a team of over 600. It provides a wide range of services, including industrial maintenance and project coating, wet/slag blasting, and specialized coatings, fire proofing, internal and external chimney coating, pipeline internal coating, decorative and floor coatings, and metallizing through galvanizing or aluminum thermal spray.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Jamnagar.

The Project

Manager will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of coating projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery. Daily responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing resources, handling expediting activities, supervising inspections.

Manager will work closely with senior leadership to align project outcomes with client requirements and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of industrial or construction projects.
- Good communication and team leadership abilities.
- Solid problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and safety.
- Experience in the coating, industrial maintenance, or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
- Should have hands on experience in operating MS OFFICE tools and project management tools, bar charts, etc.
