Program & Fundraising Coordinator / Social Work & CSR Coordinator

Key responsibilities

- Work directly with children and girls and support field programs.

- Coordinate with donors, CSR foundations, and other funding partners.

- Liaise with government departments and officials.

- Prepare CSR proposals, FCRA-related documentation, concept notes, project reports, and donor reports.

- Assist with fundraising and development of new funding opportunities.

- Maintain program documentation, case records, reports, and monitoring data.

- Coordinate with field staff and community stakeholders.

- Organize meetings, workshops, and awareness programs.

- Support compliance and documentation requirements of the NGO.

Preferred candidate profile:





- MSW / Master of Social Work — freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication skills in English; local-language proficiency would be an advantage.

- Valuable proposal/report-writing skills.

- Ability to communicate professionally with donors and government officials.

- Basic understanding of CSR, FCRA, NGO documentation, and project management.

- Willingness to travel for field work.

- Strong interest in working for the welfare and empowerment of children and girls.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
