Role Overview :

We are looking for a strong Project Manager with SAP experience to lead end-to-end SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, budget control, and effective risk management. The ideal candidate should have strong project governance skills, experience managing cross-functional teams, and a good understanding of SAP implementations and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP projects/implementations from planning through delivery and stabilization.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Coordinate with SAP functional/technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
- Establish project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, and project reviews.
- Track project progress against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and agreed SLAs.
- Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and resolve escalated issues.
- Manage project resources and ensure effective utilization across teams.
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
- Manage vendors, partners, and third-party dependencies where required.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and organizational standards.
- Support SAP implementation,



rollout, upgrade, migration, integration, or transformation projects.
- Drive UAT, deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Ensure project documentation, governance, and knowledge management are maintained.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 79 years of overall project management experience, with strong experience managing SAP projects.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, migrations, or transformation projects.
- Good understanding of SAP landscapes and cross-functional SAP modules.
- Robust project planning, governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- SAP project management certification or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Experience working in large enterprise or global environments is an advantage.
