Position Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Project Manager specializing in Hydro and Renewable Energy (RE) project management, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and regulatory documentation.

This role bridges the gap between high-level engineering, project execution, and institutional liaisoning. You will own the entire lifecycle of multi-megawatt hydrokinetic and hybrid renewable installations, ensuring that complex project drafts, compliance benchmarks, and engineering schedules are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Lifecycle Execution

- End-to-end planning, milestone mapping,



and deployment tracking of innovative Hydro and RE installations from concept to commissioning.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with R&D;, structural design, and field execution teams to keep massive civil/hydro-mechanical projects on schedule.
- Implement project management tracking methodologies (e.g., MSP, Primavera, or advanced Gantt tracking) to preemptively manage risks and budget overruns.

2. Advanced Technical Documentation & DPR Ownership

- Lead the compilation, structuring, and final review of comprehensive Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), techno-economic feasibility studies, and bids.
- Ensure absolute compliance with Central Electricity Authority (CEA), state regulatory bodies, and public sector utility (PSU) documentation frameworks.
- Translate complex spatial, hydrokinetic, and financial metrics into clear, authoritative project documentation meant for corporate and government stakeholders.

3. Strategic Liaisoning & Approvals Management

- Act as the primary interface with government departments, water resource boards, state utilities, and institutional stakeholders to secure regulatory approvals.
- Manage complex legal, environmental, and engineering compliance certifications required for dam-free hydro installations.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Renewable Energy Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, or other premier tier-1 engineering institutions.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of solid experience in managing Small Hydro Projects (SHPs), conventional hydro, or large-scale utility solar/wind renewable initiatives, with a heavy emphasis on PFR DPR state till project execution & Revenue generation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with project management suites (MS Project/Primavera) and data tools (Advanced Excel). Solid structural familiarity with AutoCAD or ArcGIS is a distinct advantage.
- Core Competencies: Strong command over technical writing, excellent verbal communication for executive-level presentations, and a highly organized approach to regulatory compliance.
