:

1.Handling entire workforce at Project site including Supervisor’s team, Skilled Labours, ROW Vendors, Equipment’s.

- ⁠Co-ordinate with Direct Customers, End Customers & any Government authority for any approvals.
- ⁠ Monitoring the Materials at site, arrange the materials in time & as per plan. ensure continuation of work .4. ⁠Mentor and Coach the team.
- follow office/Site timings & monitor the same for team members.
- Base locations may change depends upon the requirement of the projects .
- Maintain all site related reports including DPR, Fuel Logs, Attendance, Vehicle Maintenance reports, Service records. and provide whenever management required it.
- ⁠Prepare work schedule in advance and ensure in time execution of work at site.
- ⁠Educate and at most priority to be given for Safety of any Team members or sub- contractors.
- ⁠Motivate Team members and also workforce ensure quality work and in-time work.




- ⁠Prepare check measurements after work completion and facilitate for the billings & ensure proper follow up with customers and Collections of payments in time.
- ⁠Maintain required records at site offices
- ⁠Team or Project expenditures to be monitor and control. 14. Avoid wastage of materials at site
- prepare PERT charts, Estimates, BOQ where ever applicable
- Facilitating with customers for Quality Inspection of the materials at site.
- Arrange and transparent all the Quality checks from customers for entire work
- Maintenance of company Vehicles, Tools and Tackles, Materials inflow and outflow as per company guidelines
- Adhere to Company Policy. educate, Implement all company policies across team members & ensure to follow the same.
- Responsible for Revenue of the projects.

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in handling of TL/UG/SS projects
