Role Overview

We are seeking a structured, forward-thinking Project Manager to support the delivery and coordination of our AI-driven initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of emerging technology and operational excellence. You will play a vital part in streamlining workflows, facilitating cross-functional communication, and keeping pace with market innovations.

Please note: This position is based in Coimbatore. This is a full-time, in office role. Candidates must be currently residing in Coimbatore and be available to work from the office on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Coordination: Assist in defining project scopes, tracking milestones, and ensuring timelines are met using modern agile frameworks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central point of contact to translate technical project updates into clear, actionable briefs for non-technical stakeholders.
- AI Market Research: Actively monitor current AI trends, tools (Generative AI, LLM applications, automation), and industry best practices to provide strategic insights to the team.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain exact project documentation, track key performance metrics, and prepare weekly progress reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education/Experience: Open to candidates with a Computer Science background and 1–2 years of experience in project coordination,



business analysis, or technology management.
- AI Literacy: A strong conceptual understanding of the current AI landscape and a passion for how automation is transforming business processes.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and professionally.
- Organizational Toolkit: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Notion, or Trello).
- Geographic Availability: Must be currently based in Coimbatore and capable of seamless on-site collaboration on a daily basis.
