Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Project Coverage: Pan-India

? Key Responsibilities

- Take complete responsibility for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of construction projects.
- Manage and coordinate Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, QA/QC, Safety, Purchase, Stores, and other site teams.
- Plan manpower, machinery, materials, and resources according to project requirements.
- Recruit and build effective site teams based on project size and execution requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, productivity, quality, safety, and overall progress.
- Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contracts.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, PMCs, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites.




- Maintain strict control over project costs, wastage, productivity, and profitability.
- Identify and implement cost-cutting and cost-optimization measures without compromising quality or safety.
- Monitor material consumption, labour productivity, subcontractor costs, and project margins.
- Review project MIS, progress reports, billing status, cost reports, and resource statements.
- Conduct regular Pan-India site visits and provide technical and managerial support to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, statutory, and contractual requirements.
- Manage client relationships and participate in project review and commercial meetings.
- Identify project risks and take timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

? Mandatory Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (M.Tech/M.E.) – MANDATORY
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience as Project Head in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong hands-on experience in Industrial, Commercial, RCC, Structural, Infrastructure and/or Road Construction Projects.
- Excellent knowledge of project planning, construction execution,



scheduling, billing, quantity estimation, resource management, and site operations.
- Strong experience in team building, manpower planning, and recruitment of site teams.
- Proven ability in cost control, cost cutting, resource optimization, wastage reduction, and project profitability.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel Pan-India and manage projects at different locations.

? Software Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong basic computer knowledge
- Working knowledge of Tally and SAP – Mandatory
- Knowledge of project/construction management software will be an added advantage.
