About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archviz Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in architecture and a passion for architectural visualization. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with international clients, primarily from North America, to facilitate the production of high-quality architectural renderings and visualizations.

The position involves managing communication between clients and internal production teams, reviewing project materials, providing creative and technical guidance, and ensuring timely delivery of premium visual outputs. This is a contract role with a minimum duration of one year, offering an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience, particularly in architecture and visualization.



Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles is essential, especially with exposure to international clients from the US and Canada. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline, including rendering, post-production, and final compositing.

The ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings accurately, coupled with excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—is crucial. A keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic judgment, and proficiency in architectural terminology are also required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary communication link between clients (Architects, Developers, Interior Designers) and internal production teams (3D Artists, Draftsmen, Designers) to ensure project clarity and alignment.
- Review architectural drawings, project briefs, and deliverables, including photorealistic 3D renderings, VR tours, panoramic images, walkthroughs, animations, CAD files, and technical drawings.
- Provide creative and technical direction to enhance visualization outcomes, ensuring the final product aligns with client expectations and project standards.
- Oversee post-production processes, including image editing, compositing,



and quality assurance, to deliver polished and high-quality visual outputs.
- Interpret client feedback, summarize key points, and translate them into clear, actionable instructions for the production team.
- Support additional project coordination tasks as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
