Project Coordinator- In Electrical substation construction for KPTCL, MESCOM & allied utilities

● Manage full procurement cycle — vendor identification and qualification, RFQ issuance, comparative quotation analysis, purchase order processing, and material delivery tracking against project schedules.

● Serve as primary liaison for official correspondence with KPTCL, MESCOM, and government inspection authorities; coordinate inspection call letters, approvals, and clearances to ensure zero project delays.

● Prepare and maintain project financial models including budget allocation, cash-flow projections (inflow/outflow), and cost-variance monitoring, enabling proactive corrective action.

● Coordinate daily with site engineers and civil teams to capture progress updates, maintain Gantt-based schedules, and report milestone status to senior management.



● Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation — MOM, technical submittals, compliance registers, and handover dossiers — ensuring audit readiness at all times.

● Identify bottlenecks across procurement and execution phases; implement process improvements that reduced average PO turnaround time.

● Support senior management in preparation of project review decks, executive summaries, and client presentations.

● Lead end-to-end tender preparation including scope analysis, BOQ development, cost estimates, technical documentation compilation, and timely submission to KPTCL and MESCOM.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,299.53 per month
