Key Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers in maintaining standardization across project processes and proactively identifying and reporting issues.
- Collect, validate, and analyze project data to generate meaningful insights for project reviews and informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to present project status, trends, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Prepare clear, concise, and professional status updates, presentations, and summaries for project teams and leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-up on action items and accurate reporting of project progress.
- Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and proactively recommend practical, data-driven solutions.

What You Need:

Required Skills

- 5-8 years of experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Project Managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams,



while effectively navigating conflict and driving alignment.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools to manage and analyze data, and to develop project health dashboards and reports.
- Working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and reporting practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a B.Tech., B.E., MBA, or an equivalent qualification in technology, business, or a related field.
