Job Requirements

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen governance, transparency, and accountability across CSR and sustainability projects. Support end-to-end governance processes including due diligence, field assessments, impact monitoring, compliance reviews, project audits, documentation, and reporting. Ensure projects are implemented in line with organizational requirements, regulatory expectations, and CSR objectives while supporting sustainability disclosures, EPR compliance, and ESG-related initiatives as required.

Work Experience

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sustainability, Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management, or related field.

Relevant Experience

4-6 years of experience in CSR project management, governance, monitoring & evaluation, sustainability, development sector, impact assessment, audit, or compliance-related roles. Experience working with NGOs, community projects, field assessments, or governance frameworks will be preferred.

- Basic understanding of ESG, sustainability frameworks, and EPR regulations will be an added advantage

- Conduct pre-engagement and periodic due diligence of implementation partners and NGOs

- Perform background verification and risk assessments of partners and projects

B: Project Monitoring, Field Visits & Verification

- Conduct periodic field visits across CSR projects
- Verify project progress, utilization of resources, and implementation quality
- Assess beneficiary reach and project effectiveness
- Identify implementation risks, deviations, and corrective actions
- Review project documentation and evidence from field locations
- Prepare monitoring reports and governance observations for management review
- Maintaining a repository of staple documentation inc reviews and reports

- Support collection and validation of sustainability and ESG-related data
