- Leading and implementing large or multiple small software projects or subprojects.
- Planning and tracking of agile development projects (meeting deadlines, staying within budget, project scope, quality).
- Planning, delegating and monitoring work of team members
- Coordination with parallel running projects.
- Create and maintain technical specifications and design documents.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams on best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of skilled experience in project management.
- Advanced knowledge in traditional project management and agile methods.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
- Experience in direct or lateral leadership of software developers and sub-disciplines of software development, such as algorithm developers or cybersecurity engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical device software development or other regulated industries (e.g.,
automotive, aerospace, healthcare).
