We're hiring a Program Manager — Adventure & Life Skills.

Redwood designs experiential learning journeys for students — programs that take learning out of the classroom and into the real world. Over the last 4 years we've grown into one of India's leading experiential learning companies, with 750+ journeys, 50+ partner schools, and 30,000+ students having travelled with us.

Adventure and life skills is where that goes furthest from a classroom — treks, the outdoors, the field, and the programs built to grow real capability in students, not just show them somewhere new. This role owns that vertical end to end.

What you'll own

- Program design — the arc, the itinerary, and the activities for adventure and life-skills programs, built so the learning intent holds from day one to the debrief
- Facilitator briefing & allocation — matching the right facilitators, instructors, and outdoor experts to each program, and setting them up to deliver




- Safety & risk — the standards, checks, and judgment calls that adventure programming demands, in a company where student safety is the promise
- Program delivery — running several programs in parallel through planning, live delivery, and closure, with travel operations and the schools alongside you

This role reports to our Director of Learning & Experience Design and will architect Redwood's vision for adventure based programming. It needs someone comfortable in both places the job lives: designing the program on paper, and holding it together when it's live with real students on real ground.
