Program Manager – Quality & Compliance Systems

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Portfolio Manager to lead enterprise Quality Management and Compliance technology initiatives for a leading organization in a highly regulated industry.

The role will involve managing large-scale programs across Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, Validation, and digital quality transformation while working closely with global stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

Experience: 12+ years of overall experience with 7+ years in Quality, Compliance, or regulated technology programs

Travel: Up to 20% domestic & international

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Quality Management and Compliance technology programs.
- Manage initiatives involving QMS, CAPA, Audit Management, Training, Validation, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Establish program governance, delivery plans, budgets, risk management, and performance tracking.
- Manage global project teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Work closely with Quality, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Technology stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, executive communication, issue resolution, and decision-making.




- Support Digital Quality Transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with GxP, FDA, EMA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV), validation activities, and audit readiness.

Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Technology / Program / Portfolio Management
- 7+ years of experience managing Quality, Compliance, or Regulated Technology Programs
- Strong Stakeholder Management and executive communication
- Experience managing large and complex programs/projects
- Robust understanding of QMS, GxP, CSV, and Validation
- Experience with platforms such as Veeva Vault Quality, TrackWise, MasterControl, Sparta Systems, or equivalent
- Experience managing global teams, vendors, and implementation partners
- Strong governance, risk management, and change management skills
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries is preferred
- PMP / PgMP / RAC certification is an advantage
