- 15+ years of overall IT industry experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of Program Management experience leading large-scale technology programs.

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs for a key client account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, planning, stakeholder management, reporting, and execution across initiatives involving AWS, Data Migration, API development, and enterprise modernization programs. The individual should be a self-starter with strong analytical skills, an ability to manage multiple workstreams, and a proven track record of driving programs through structured governance and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple technology initiatives.
- Develop program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead planning, tracking, and execution using Jira and Agile methodologies.
- Drive governance, status reporting, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Monitor program health, identify risks/issues proactively, and drive resolution.
- Ensure timely delivery of key milestones while maintaining quality and business outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and establish delivery best practices.
- Drive team alignment, accountability,



and collaboration across distributed teams.
- Use metrics and data to support decisions, improve execution, and provide program visibility to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience managing programs involving:
- AWS Cloud initiatives
- Data Migration and Modernization
- API Development and Integration Programs

- Hands-on expertise in Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Program Governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence without direct authority.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with multiple dependencies and workstreams.

Certifications (Preferred/Required) One or more of the following certifications:

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PMI-ACP
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Secure Agilist or equivalent Agile certification
