? Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of offline and CBT test programs across multiple centres and locations.
- Drive complete test readiness, including centre preparedness, manpower deployment, technology readiness, material availability, communication, and critical dependencies.
- Act as the central point of contact for test-day operations, including war-room management, real-time monitoring, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Centre Operations, Product, Technology, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Regional Teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless test execution.
- Manage end-to-end result processing, reconciliation, accuracy, TAT, and final closure of test programs.
- Identify operational risks in advance and establish contingency plans and escalation mechanisms to ensure business continuity.
- Own vendor performance across manpower, invigilation, technology, logistics, and other test-related services.
- Evaluate vendor commercials, negotiate operational requirements, monitor SLAs,



and drive cost-effective vendor management.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, checklists, SLAs, governance frameworks, and operational controls.
- Track operational performance through MIS, dashboards, and KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct RCA for operational issues and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process improvements to improve scalability and reduce manual intervention.
- Drive cost optimization across centres, manpower, vendors, logistics, and overall test operations without compromising quality.
- Support the launch and scale-up of new test programs, assessment products, and operational initiatives.
- Ensure proper training and readiness of centre teams, invigilators, vendors, and other stakeholders before every major test program.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, trackers, operational reports, and post-test reviews for leadership visibility.
- Conduct post-test analysis to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and establish best practices for future programs.

? Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Test Operations,



Education Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-location operations or programs.
- Strong ability to independently manage multiple programs with tight timelines and high operational dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience working with Product, Technology, Finance, Analytics, Centre Operations, and external vendors.
- Robust understanding of SOP creation, process improvement, RCA, SLA management, and operational governance.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, manpower planning, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, dashboards, or data-driven decision-making will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and large operational teams.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with multiple parallel programs.
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward execution, accountability, and problem-solving.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Education, Assessment, CBT, Offline Test Operations, or examination management will be highly preferred.
