We work closely with founders by providing incubation, acceleration, mentorship, investor access, strategic guidance, and ecosystem support to help build scalable businesses.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Program Manager – Incubation to manage and execute startup incubation and accelerator programs. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in the startup ecosystem and be passionate about supporting founders, managing innovation programs, coordinating mentors and investors, and building a thriving entrepreneurial community.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

Plan and execute incubation and accelerator programs from onboarding to graduation.

Coordinate program timelines, workshops, mentoring sessions, Demo Days, and networking events.

Ensure smooth program delivery and an excellent founder experience.

Monitor startup progress and track key milestones.

Startup & Founder Engagement

Manage relationships with incubated startups and provide regular support.

Conduct one-on-one review meetings with founders.

Help startups identify business challenges and connect them with relevant mentors and experts.

Support startups in achieving product-market fit, customer validation, and business growth.

Mentor & Ecosystem Management

Coordinate with mentors, industry experts, investors, corporates, and ecosystem partners.

Schedule mentoring sessions and maintain engagement throughout the program.

Build relationships with universities, incubators, accelerators,



and government organizations.

Program Operations

Manage startup onboarding, documentation, compliance, and reporting.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal dashboards.

Track KPIs, startup progress, and program performance metrics.

Prepare reports, presentations, and impact summaries for leadership.

Events & Community Building

Organize startup bootcamps, masterclasses, networking events, investor connects, and Demo Days.

Build an active founder community and encourage peer learning.

Coordinate with the marketing team for program promotions and outreach.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in a startup incubator, accelerator, innovation hub, venture studio, entrepreneurship cell, or startup ecosystem.

Experience managing startup programs or founder engagement initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong program and project management skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Understanding of the startup lifecycle, fundraising, business models, and incubation processes.

Experience coordinating with mentors, investors, founders, and ecosystem partners.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/project management tools.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with DPIIT-recognized incubators, accelerators, universities, or entrepreneurship programs.

Exposure to startup fundraising, innovation challenges, or government-supported incubation initiatives.

MBA or relevant certification in Entrepreneurship or Innovation Management is an added advantage.
