Qualifications (necessary for any candidate for this position)• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 10+ years of skilled experience.
- 7+ years leading global transition, transformation, shared services, outsourcing, or GBS programs.
- Demonstrated experience transitioning work from global locations into shared service or offshore environments.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional and multi-country programs.
- Proven track record delivering operational efficiencies and business case benefits.
- Experience working within multinational organizations.
