- Ensure safe working practices and compliance with all HSE standards within the plant.
- Implement new safety initiatives and continuously improve the plant’s overall safety standards.
- Prepare and execute daily production plans based on requirements received from the Plant Head.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with established standards.
- Effectively manage and utilize manpower to achieve optimum productivity and operational efficiency.
- Develop a good understanding of shop-floor activities and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments such as Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, QC, and HSE.
- Monitor and control Raw Material (RM), Packing Material (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) inventory to ensure optimum stock levels.




- Maintain proficiency in MS Office applications for production reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
- Identify and implement initiatives for productivity improvement, process optimization, waste reduction, and cost reduction.
- Support and participate in current product development, trials, commissioning, and implementation of new projects.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production performance, deviations, and improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement activities on the shop floor through effective problem-solving and teamwork.
