- He will be responsible for Maintaining Plant efficiency levels in terms of Productivity, quality levels and customer compliance
- Communication with relevant personnel of customers, arranging dispatches
- Assess supplier profiles and analyze offers and present them to top management
- Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics
- He is expected to manage overall operation of the plant which includes Management of overall production, Management / Arrangement of labour / work force
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance with terms of contract
- Analyze and resolve purchasing issues/discrepancies
- Research a variety of sources, documents, etc. to ensure the adequacy of specification in terms of clarity, precision, and related criteria
- Monitoring production processes on the shop floor and managing team of production engineers
- Manage staff and workers of the factory
- Liaison with local government entities to ensure all plant compliances are up-to-date
- Be responsible and oversee all teams - production, stores, packing, dispatches.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory
- Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific plastic machinery
- Commercially robust
- Well - aware of factory and labour compliances
