Job Brief

Airmax Technocast Industries LLP is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee plant operations, optimize production schedules, and manage the shop floor team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and direct daily manufacturing and production operations.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met within deadlines.
- Manage shop floor personnel, assign tasks, and maintain workplace discipline.
- Utilize basic computer tools to maintain production logs, inventories, and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years in production/manufacturing management.
- Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.




- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails, reporting).
