Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage and improve day-to-day production activities at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in manufacturing plant operations, production planning, manpower management, quality control, and production process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily production activities and production targets.
- Plan production schedules based on orders, material availability, and manpower.
- Supervise production teams and ensure proper utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and downtime.
- Ensure production is completed as per quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Management.
- Identify production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Reduce production wastage, rework, downtime, and operational costs.
- Maintain production records, reports, and relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Train and guide production supervisors and workers.




- Continuously improve manufacturing processes and productivity.
- Handle production-related challenges and provide practical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Must have robust experience working in a manufacturing plant.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and production management.
- Experience in managing production manpower and shop-floor activities.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Engineering Degree holder with strong practical manufacturing experience.
- Candidates currently working as Production Engineer / Production Manager / Senior Production Engineer / Plant Engineer may apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and expertise. Interested candidates can share their updated CV with relevant manufacturing and production experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
