About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who has demonstrated ownership of products or major modules from conception to launch. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, engineering, and design teams to build impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product modules end-to-end, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into product specifications.
- Create PRDs, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver product features.
- Prioritize the product roadmap based on business goals, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability reviews.
- Drive UAT, release planning, and post-launch performance monitoring.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven experience owning a product, module, or major feature from ideation to launch.




- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with PRDs, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Robust knowledge of UI/UX principles and hands-on experience working with design teams.
- Experience creating wireframes and reviewing mockups.
- Understanding of Information Architecture, User Journeys, Navigation Patterns, and Usability Principles.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Taxation, Auditing, FinTech, or Practice Management Software.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Experience working on AI-powered products or Workflow Automation solutions.
