We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead the end-to-end development of technology-driven products. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product vision, translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused solutions, and deliver high-quality products that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify customer needs through research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
- Own product requirements and prioritize features based on value, feasibility, and impact.

Technical & Cross-Functional Leadership

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design.
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams.

Execution & Delivery

- Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage product backlog and sprint planning in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features with high quality and performance.

Data & Performance Management

- Define product success metrics (KPIs) and monitor performance post-launch.
- Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments where applicable.

Stakeholder Communication

- Present product updates, roadmaps,



and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support go-to-market activities, including product launches and internal enablement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3–6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams on complex technical products.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business and customer value.
- Background into Fintech, Consumer Tech.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree (MBA or MS in a technical field).
- Background as a software engineer, developer, or systems analyst.
- Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms, or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with system architecture, databases, and integrations.
- Experience in B2B, B2C, or platform products (depending on company focus).
