We’re looking for a Product Manager (3–5 years) to join a confidential client in Bengaluru.

This is for someone who wants to operate at a genuinely high product bar — the kind of environment where product judgment, customer understanding, execution quality and clarity of thinking matter as much as speed.

Think of the standard you see at companies like Uber, Stripe or Anthropic — without us pretending this is one of them.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data and business teams to take meaningful product problems from ambiguity to shipped outcomes.

You’ll be expected to

→ Identify the right problems to solve, not just manage a roadmap

→ Understand customers deeply and turn insight into explicit product direction

→ Define product strategy, priorities and measurable outcomes

→ Translate ambiguous problems into focused product requirements

→ Work closely with designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle

→ Make difficult prioritisation trade-offs and communicate them clearly

→ Use qualitative and quantitative signals to make decisions

→ Run experiments, learn quickly and adjust direction when the evidence changes

→ Own products from discovery through launch and iteration

→ Build alignment across functions without relying on authority

→ Balance customer needs, business objectives and technical constraints

We’re looking for someone with:

- 3–5 years of strong product management experience




- Experience owning meaningful product areas end-to-end
- Strong product sense and customer empathy
- Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience working closely with engineering and design
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- A track record of shipping products and learning from outcomes
- The ability to distinguish between what is important and what is merely urgent

You’ll stand out if you’ve worked on:
- Complex B2B or consumer products
- Fintech, SaaS, AI, developer tools, marketplaces or other technically demanding products
- 0→1 products or significant new product areas
- Products with meaningful scale or complex user workflows
- Experiments where you can demonstrate measurable impact
- Products where you had to make significant trade-offs rather than simply execute a predefined roadmap

Most importantly, we want to understand how you think.
