Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Implementation Consultant role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves leading end-to-end implementation of XcelerAI’s SaaS platform for clients, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing, and go-live support. The consultant will translate business processes into system workflows, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and ensure that client trading and risk management SOPs are accurately reflected in the platform.

Daily activities include conducting client workshops, preparing functional documentation,



managing project timelines, and monitoring adoption post-implementation. The role also includes providing training, troubleshooting implementation issues, and offering ongoing consulting to optimize client use of the platform.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to understand complex trading, risk, and supply chain workflows and translate them into platform configurations.
- Consulting capabilities to conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and recommend best-practice process and system improvements.
- Hands-on experience with Software Implementation and Project Implementation, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live support.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience with SaaS products, APIs, or system integrations; familiarity with supply chain, trading, or risk management domains is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations, prioritize tasks, and work in a structured, detail-oriented manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving client and product needs.
