Full Description

Data Eminence is seeking a motivated Product Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support product managers and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, helping ensure that projects stay organized, requirements are clearly communicated, and deadlines are met.

You will work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to track tasks, document requirements, coordinate meetings, and follow up on project deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and technology-driven projects while working remotely.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting product managers with day-to-day product activities
- Coordinating tasks and timelines across product, design, and engineering teams
- Maintaining project documentation, requirements, and product specifications
- Tracking project progress and following up on pending tasks
- Organizing meetings and preparing agendas and notes
- Helping gather and document user and business requirements
- Assisting with product testing and feedback collection
- Communicating updates, blockers, and priorities to relevant stakeholders




- Supporting the preparation of product reports and presentations
- Helping identify opportunities to improve product processes and workflows

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in product coordination, project coordination, or a relevant internship
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of software development and product lifecycle concepts
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms is beneficial
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
