About The Role

Join our Procurement Service Center and be part of a global team supporting buyers and business stakeholders across regions. As a Procurement Specialist, you will provide day-to-day procurement support across the Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) process, ensuring transactions are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with procurement policies.

This role offers an opportunity to build strong procurement expertise while working with global stakeholders and contributing to process improvements.

What You Will Do

- Process purchase requisitions and create Purchase Orders in procurement systems.
- Provide transactional and process support to procurement buyers and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with suppliers on requirements such as invoice discrepancies and supplier documentation.
- Work with internal teams to resolve procurement-related queries and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure transactions are completed in line with procurement policies, controls and service levels.
- Prepare basic operational reports and support data analysis as required.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve procurement processes.
- Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or procurement operations.
- Experience in a BPO/ITES, Shared Services or Global Business Services environment supporting international stakeholders is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Procure-to-Pay / Requisition-to-Pay processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle or D365 is an advantage.
