About Highway HubHighway Hub is building India’s first organized, consumer-focused highway retail ecosystem through an integrated platform designed for the country’s high-traffic mobility corridors.

We are focused on transforming traditional wayside amenities into scalable, destination-driven retail ecosystems combining food & beverage, fuel, convenience retail, EV charging, hospitality, and mobility-led consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support procurement of materials, equipment, services, and operational requirements.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Identify and coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and deliveries.
- Compare quotations and conduct cost and commercial analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms with vendors.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery as per project and operational requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor database, quotations, and purchase documentation.
- Coordinate closely with Projects, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams.
- Support inventory monitoring and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare procurement MIS, cost reports, and other management reports.




- Support vendor onboarding, evaluation, and performance tracking.
- Perform other procurement and operational tasks as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement/purchase, preferably in construction, infrastructure, real estate, retail, hospitality, F&B;, or a related industry.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Positive understanding of procurement processes, commercial terms, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of procurement reports/MIS.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.

Preferred Profile
- Candidates with an existing network of reliable vendors/suppliers across construction materials, equipment, retail, F&B;, interiors, or related categories will be preferred.
- Strong market connects and established vendor relationships that can enable faster sourcing, competitive negotiations, and quicker procurement turnaround will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who are proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable taking ownership of the end-to-end procurement process will be preferred.
