Role Description The Pricing Analyst is a full time remote role responsible for supporting data-driven pricing decisions across Guardian My Life’s insurance offerings. This role involves gathering and analyzing internal and external data, modeling premium structures, and evaluating the profitability and competitiveness of existing and proposed products.

The Pricing

Analyst will prepare clear reports and presentations for leadership and sales teams, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring market trends, assisting in the development of pricing strategies, collaborating with finance and sales to align pricing with business goals, and helping optimize customer value while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards. The role also requires proactive communication with stakeholders to refine assumptions, validate data, and support continuous improvement in pricing methodologies.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analysis for pricing, forecasting, or business insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance skills, including understanding of profitability, risk, and financial modeling.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and recommendations in a clear, accessible manner.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Sales processes or support, and an understanding of how pricing impacts customer acquisition and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
