Role Description The Senior Pricing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies across FM Global Logistics’ service portfolio. This role includes analyzing market trends, competitor rates, and cost structures to create competitive and profitable pricing models for sea, air, land, and warehousing services.

The Senior Pricing

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to prepare quotations, tenders, and customer proposals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and margin targets. Day-to-day responsibilities involve reviewing pricing requests, maintaining rate databases, monitoring profitability, and recommending adjustments based on performance and market changes.



The role also includes overseeing pricing governance, driving process improvements, and contributing to strategic decisions that enhance customer value and organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong pricing and revenue management skills, including experience in rate setting, margin analysis, and cost modeling.
- Candidates should have expertise in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in sea freight, air freight, land transportation, and warehousing.
- Candidates should demonstrate advanced analytical and quantitative abilities, including proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for scenario planning and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess solid commercial and negotiation skills, with experience supporting sales teams on bids, RFQs, and strategic customer proposals.
- Candidates should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple pricing requests, and comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree or professional certification in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in a senior pricing, commercial, or finance role within the logistics or transportation industry is highly beneficial.
