Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Specialist role located in Bengaluru South.
The Presales
Specialist (0–1 year) will support the sales and consulting teams by understanding client requirements, preparing product demonstrations, and assisting in creating solution proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer needs, mapping them to Immidart’s Global Mobility solutions, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely presales support. The role involves participating in client calls,
responding to queries, preparing documentation and presentations, and maintaining presales records in line with organizational standards.
The Presales
Specialist will also contribute to continuous improvement of presales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to understand customer requirements and evaluate solution fit.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Presales skills to support solution design, demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle queries, support clients professionally, and build long-term relationships.
- Basic understanding of enterprise software or technology solutions is beneficial.
- Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field preferred; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
