Role Description The Presales Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand business needs, designing appropriate technology solutions, and presenting proposals and solution architectures that align with customer objectives.

The Presales Solutions

Architect will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop demos, proof of concepts, and technical presentations, and to ensure solution feasibility and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include requirement analysis, creating technical documentation,



mapping business processes to technical solutions, supporting RFP/RFI responses, and participating in client meetings and workshops. The role also includes staying informed about emerging technologies and market trends to shape competitive solution offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong Solution Architecture skills with experience in designing scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise solutions.
- Consulting skills to conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Knowledge of Software Development practices and Integration approaches, including APIs, microservices, and middleware.
- Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization, with the ability to align technology solutions to operational workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience in presales, solution design, or technical consulting for sectors such as Logistics, Smart Cities, Manufacturing, or related domains.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, solution diagrams, and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics, IoT, and AI-based solutions is highly beneficial.
