Your Core Responsibilities:





- Analytical/Strategic Problem Solving: Drive solutions for complex, open-ended, and ambiguous political challenges using structured thinking.
- Data-Driven Execution: Assist in formulating strategies by synthesizing ground research and data inputs.
- Rigorous Research: Conduct primary and secondary research to address mass-scale social and political issues.
- Political Acumen & Scenario Analysis: Assess and understand evolving political landscapes, stay updated with current affairs, and recommend corrective or strategic interventions.
- Ideation & Creative Thinking: Continuously generate innovative ideas and approaches to address political and strategic problems.
- Dynamic Project Support: Contribute effectively across various workstreams, adapting quickly to changing project needs.

- Skills & Qualifications:

- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a premier institution
- 1 - 5 years of work experience (consulting, research, or related fields preferred)
- Comfortable with MS Excel, MS Office Suite, and using AI and digital tools to work smarter
