- Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance. To maintain strict discipline in the plant
- Develop process to increase productivity and performance.
- To ensure maximum utilization of manpower & machinery
- To ensure proper Housekeeping & Hygiene of plant.
- To ensure proper security of plant.
- To ensure proper maintenance of setting, health and safety related features.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- To screen, interview and manage the process of new hires.
- To ensure proper plant Maintenance. To monitor equipment & utilities and ensure that they are maintained.
- Implementation of quality system and complying norms of regulatory authorities.
- To develop plan for cost saving and implementation.
- Administering the functions related to new projects.
- To ensure proper yield of products.
- To ensure proper training to all employee.
- Liasioning and compliances.
- Maintaining proper dress code with washing records.
- Human resources profiles management.
- Leave management with over time records.
- MIS and communication to HO.
- Responsible for Canteen operation.
- Leave applications and holidays management.
- Responsible for day to day work and reporting to Management.
- Responsible for other works which is allocated by Management
