- About the Role:Act as the relationship manager for recruiters in the Delhi campus, while supporting other campuses in cross-location outreach. Ensure robust recruiter retention and acquisition through regular engagement, placement coordination, and student-profile alignment.

- Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, focusing on Delhi
- Acquire new recruiters and ensure smooth coordination for placement days
- Maximize placement numbers by aligning company needs with student skillsets
- Ensure recruiter satisfaction through continuous engagement and feedback management
- Track engagement performance and report updates to both campus and analytics heads
- Collaborate with the student prep team to map recruiter expectations to student capabilities

Eligibility:

- 5+ years of experience in recruiter engagement,



corporate relations, or business development
- Strong CRM usage experience and target tracking
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with placement systems and student-recruiter alignment processes
- Ability to multitask across campuses and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
