We are hiring a Sales Executive to own a hospital territory end-to-end. Portfolio allocation will be decided after the interview process, based on your clinical and commercial strengths — we would rather match you to the product line where you will win than assign one on paper.

- Own a defined hospital territory — corporate groups, medical colleges, multi-specialty centres
- Build direct relationships with consultants, HODs, biomedical engineering and purchase committees
- Run product demonstrations and OT trials with our clinical and application team
- Prepare BOQs and quotations, negotiate commercials, drive POs to closure
- Represent PIKA at CMEs, workshops and manufacturer-led clinical events
- Maintain your pipeline in Zoho CRM — we run on data, not memory

- 2–3 years in medical device or capital medical equipment sales — surgical, urology, neuro, imaging, critical care or diagnostics.
- Candidates with prior experience in medical device sales or healthcare industry sales shall also be considered
- Hospital-facing experience: you can name the accounts you opened and the deals you closed
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to conduct product demonstrations and training for healthcare professionals.
- Graduate in any science, engineering, biomedical, healthcare, or business-related discipline; B.E. Biomedical / Electronics an advantage
- English and Kannada fluency; Malayalam, Telugu or Tamil a plus
- Own two-wheeler with valid license
- Comfortable with outstation travel within South India
- Ability to work independently in the field, travel within the assigned region, and collaborate with internal operations and service teams
