Role Description This is a full time remote freelancing role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with grownup students and younger kids. The professional will design and conduct online sessions focused on phonics, pronunciation, voice modulation, and public speaking skills tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels. Daily tasks include planning lesson content, delivering interactive classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve confidence and communication.

The role also involves preparing digital learning materials, collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching strategies, and maintaining clear communication with learners and guardians as needed. The expert is expected to manage scheduling, ensure a consistent teaching presence,



and uphold Fantastiqo’s standards for learner engagement and educational quality.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, pronunciation training, and spoken English for both children and adults.
- Demonstrated skills in public speaking, presentation delivery, voice modulation, and confidence-building techniques.
