Role Description This is a full-time, work-from-home, remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Qualified Expert working with grownup students and younger kids across all regions. The professional will design and deliver online lessons in phonics, spoken English, and public speaking, adapting content and teaching styles to different age groups and proficiency levels. Daily responsibilities include planning interactive sessions, conducting live classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to help learners gain confidence and clarity in speech.

The role involves creating learning materials,



coordinating with the academic team to align with program goals, and maintaining regular communication with learners and caregivers where appropriate. The professional is expected to manage schedules efficiently, maintain accurate records of sessions, and contribute ideas to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications

- Strong command of English language, including phonics, pronunciation, and articulation, with the ability to teach both children and adults.
- Demonstrated experience in public speaking, presentation skills, and confidence-building for learners of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans, interactive activities, and age-appropriate learning materials for online delivery.
- Proficiency with online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic digital resources used in e-learning.
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered teaching approach.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, speech coaching, or related educational roles is highly beneficial.
