Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with both grownup students and younger kids. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging online lessons in phonics, spoken communication, and public speaking tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels. The expert will create structured lesson plans and activities, provide individualized feedback, and track learner progress to ensure measurable improvement in pronunciation, fluency, confidence, and presentation skills.

The role also involves collaborating with the education team to refine teaching materials, maintaining a supportive online classroom environment,



and adjusting instructional strategies based on learner needs and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics, pronunciation, and spoken English instruction for both adult and child learners.
- Demonstrated experience in public speaking coaching, presentation skills training, and confidence-building for diverse age groups.
- Ability to design age-appropriate lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments for online delivery.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and online teaching platforms to conduct interactive remote sessions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, neutral, and professional language.
- Prior experience as an educator, trainer, speech coach, or language instructor in formal or informal settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with learners from varied backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage schedules efficiently, and maintain reliable internet connectivity for remote work.
- Certifications in TEFL/TESOL, public speaking, or communication training are an advantage but not mandatory.
