Role Description The Pet Relocation Coordinator is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. In this position, the coordinator manages the end-to-end relocation process for pets, including planning travel itineraries, arranging transportation and documentation, and ensuring that all veterinary and regulatory requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with airlines and ground transport partners, preparing and verifying paperwork, and tracking each relocation to completion.

The coordinator also handles scheduling, provides regular status updates, resolves issues that arise during transit,



and supports continuous improvement of pet relocation procedures to ensure safety, comfort, and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and handle sensitive situations with empathy.
- Organizational and coordination skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously.
- Knowledge of or interest in pet care, animal welfare, and basic veterinary requirements related to travel, quarantine, and vaccinations.
- Experience working with logistics, travel, or relocation operations, including familiarity with booking systems, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Comfort using digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and messaging platforms to track cases and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid workplace, collaborating with team members in Bengaluru and remotely as needed.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage; experience in relocation or pet services is a plus.
- Relevant academic background in business, hospitality, animal science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
