- Aaron Fashions LLP is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. If you have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms and are passionate about driving measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid channels
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages




- Work closely with the design and content teams to improve ad performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes
- Requirements2-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking
- Experience with e-commerce or retail marketing is preferred
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
