About Environics

Syenergy Environics Ltd. is a Health-Tech and Wellness company focused on developing solutions designed to improve wellbeing in an increasingly technology-driven environment. With patented technology, research and testing conducted with leading medical institutions, and millions of consumers already having used our products, we are now entering an aggressive phase of scaling our D2C Ecommerce business.

For the right Performance Marketing professional, this is an opportunity to come in at an important stage and help build the next phase of Environics' consumer growth story.

The Opportunity

Environics is entering an ambitious phase of scaling its D2C Ecommerce business, and we are looking for a highly driven, hands-on Performance Marketing Lead who can help build and scale our digital revenue engine.

Meta will be our primary growth platform, and we are looking for someone who understands Meta Advertising inside out — campaign architecture, algorithms, audiences, creatives, attribution, bidding, testing, optimisation and scaling.

At the same time, the candidate should have strong working knowledge of the Google advertising ecosystem and know how to use Google Search, Shopping/Performance Max, YouTube, Display and Remarketing to drive incremental Ecommerce sales.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages agencies or monitors dashboards.

We are looking for a hands-on growth marketer who thinks like a business owner — someone who understands the relationship between ad spend, customer acquisition, conversion, revenue and profitability, and gets excited about scaling all of them.

What You Will Own

You will have direct responsibility for scaling Environics' D2C Ecommerce revenue through paid digital acquisition.

1. Meta Ads – Primary Growth Engine

- Own and manage Meta Ads end-to-end, from strategy and campaign setup to daily optimisation and scaling.
- Develop campaign structures across prospecting, retargeting and customer re-engagement.
- Understand and effectively use Meta's evolving ecosystem including Advantage+, broad targeting, algorithm-led optimisation, Pixel/CAPI, attribution and automation.
- Identify winning audiences, products, offers, campaigns and creatives and systematically scale them.
- Monitor performance and take quick decisions on budget allocation, scaling, pausing and experimentation.
- Understand creative fatigue and ensure a continuous pipeline of new creative tests.

2. Google Ads & Performance Ecosystem

Use Google as an additional engine for capturing high-intent demand and driving incremental Ecommerce revenue.

The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of:

- Google Search Ads
- Google Shopping / Merchant Center
- Performance Max (PMax)
- YouTube Ads
- Display and Remarketing
- Branded vs Non-Branded Search strategy
- Keyword and search-intent optimisation
- Conversion tracking and attribution
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Merchant Center

You should understand how Meta and Google work together across the consumer journey rather than managing them as isolated advertising platforms.

3. Revenue & Performance Ownership

You will be expected to think beyond ROAS.

Own and continuously monitor metrics such as:

- Ecommerce Revenue
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- ROAS
- AOV
- Conversion Rate
- New Customer Revenue
- Cost per Purchase
- Repeat Purchase / LTV where relevant
- Contribution economics

The objective is not simply to spend more money on advertising. The objective is to profitably scale Ecommerce revenue.

4. Creative Performance & Experimentation A strong performance marketer today needs to understand creative as much as media buying.

You will

- Work closely with our Content, Creative and Social Media teams to develop performance-oriented advertising content.
- Identify winning hooks, messages, formats, offers and consumer problems.
- Translate campaign data into actionable creative briefs.
- Continuously test UGC, founder-led content, testimonials, product demonstrations, problem-solution ads, static creatives and other formats.
- Develop a structured testing framework rather than testing creatives randomly.
- Monitor creative fatigue and ensure new winning creatives are continuously being developed.

You do not necessarily need to create the content yourself — but you should know what content needs to be created to make the advertising perform.

5. Ecommerce Funnel Optimisation

Performance does not stop when someone clicks an advertisement.

You should be comfortable analysing the complete Ecommerce journey:

Ad → Landing Page → Product Page → Add to Cart → Checkout → Purchase

Identify leakage across the funnel and work with relevant teams to improve:

- Landing-page conversion
- Product-page communication
- Offers
- Bundles
- AOV
- Checkout conversion
- Retargeting
- Repeat purchases

You should be able to differentiate between an advertising problem, creative problem, offer problem and conversion problem.

The Candidate We Are Looking For

This role is specifically for someone who has already worked in a D2C / Ecommerce environment and can demonstrate that they have personally contributed to scaling online sales.

You should ideally have

- 4–8 years of experience in Performance / Growth Marketing.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Good hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and the Google performance ecosystem.
- Experience working directly with one or more D2C consumer brands.
- Experience managing meaningful monthly advertising budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to scale advertising spends while maintaining acceptable business economics.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, AOV, CVR, LTV and Ecommerce unit economics.
- Solid understanding of performance creative strategy.
- Good analytical ability and comfort working extensively with numbers and dashboards.

- Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify / WooCommerce and associated analytics tools.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Strong experimentation and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership rather than depending extensively on external agencies.

Most Key: Show Us What You Have Scaled

We are less interested in certifications and more interested in what you have actually achieved.

Be prepared to show us:

Revenue: ₹X/month → ₹Y/month

Meta Spend: ₹X/month → ₹Y/month

ROAS/CAC: Before → After

Timeline: How long did it take?

Your Contribution: What did you actually change?

Candidates who can demonstrate actual, measurable Ecommerce growth will be strongly preferred.

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

You could be a great fit if you:

- Get excited by the challenge of doubling or tripling Ecommerce revenue.
- Check yesterday's revenue and advertising numbers before someone asks you for them.
- Think in terms of business outcomes rather than marketing activity.
- Understand that a 5X ROAS at a small spend isn't necessarily better than a 3X ROAS at 5X the scale.
- Know when to use Meta to create demand and Google to capture intent.
- Have strong opinions about why one creative scales while another doesn't.
- Enjoy experimenting with hooks, offers, audiences, campaigns and funnels.
- Are comfortable killing unsuccessful experiments quickly and putting significantly more money behind winners.
- Want significant ownership rather than being one member of a large marketing machinery.
- Are ambitious and want your compensation to grow meaningfully as the business grows.

Compensation & Performance Incentive

We envisage a fixed compensation of approximately ₹15–18 lakh per annum, depending upon experience and demonstrated capability.

In addition, this position will have an attractive performance-linked incentive tied to pre-agreed Ecommerce revenue and growth milestones.

We want the person responsible for helping us scale the business to participate meaningfully in the upside they create.

For a high performer, therefore, compensation growth need not be restricted to conventional annual increments.

How to Apply

Along with your CV, please share 2–3 examples of D2C brands/products where you personally helped scale Ecommerce revenue, mentioning wherever possible:

- Monthly Ecommerce revenue before and after
- Monthly Meta ad spend handled
- Monthly Google ad spend handled
- CAC / ROAS improvement
- Time period over which the growth was achieved
- Which channels contributed to the growth
- Your specific personal contribution

Please apply only if you have hands-on experience managing and scaling paid performance campaigns for a D2C / Ecommerce business.

If you love Meta, understand Google, obsess over numbers and get excited about scaling revenue, we'd like to talk.
